1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jiliasai platform (accessible at jiliasai.vip and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jiliasai Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliasai platform. jiliasai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the jiliasai platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jiliasai. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jiliasai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify jiliasai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other individuals are strictly prohibited.
• jiliasai reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. jiliasai may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jiliasai supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jiliasai:

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as displayed on the jiliasai cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to jiliasai's anti-money laundering obligations.
• jiliasai does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• jiliasai reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into your jiliasai account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, jiliasai reserves the right to reclaim such funds at any time, regardless of whether they have been wagered or withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiliasai offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliasai platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jiliasai platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing jiliasai from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any jiliasai software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliasai staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliasai platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jiliasai or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliasai platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiliasai content without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliasai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiliasai platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond jiliasai's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical or technical errors.
• Interruptions to service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.

jiliasai's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Termination

jiliasai reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Extended account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination for cause, jiliasai may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their jiliasai account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to jiliasai's internal dispute resolution process.

Players must submit any complaint in writing to the jiliasai support team. jiliasai will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
